User Guide
Drop one tablet – or half into 500ml of water, allow to dissolve and drink.
We advise not to consume more than 3 tablets in a single day.
Our Hydro Fizz Electrolyte Tablets can be used around the clock!
We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming Hydro Fizz first thing in the morning.
We also advise that you use Hydro Fizz 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity exercise to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.
