·        I don’t really write reviews only I had to for Andy at Mk offroad, I took my kids electric trials bike which had some sort of problem, I priced up what I thought it needed and I was expecting to have to drop at least £500 on sorting the problems, Andy must be a wizard he literally saw it for around ten seconds he diagnosed it straight away and after dealing with another customer he took about five minutes to repair a £20 part, he could of took me for five or six and literally charged me £25, his knowledge is unbelievable his workmanship is spot on and his customer service is second to none, I will absolutely be going back to him over and over as there is no one else who compares, happy is an understatement he’s saved me so much stress so much money and he deserves the credit? Thank you Andy I’ll see you again 👍

·        Just bought a lovely TRS bike off Andy 2020 model. What a bike MK offroad preparation and care of the bike are spectacular. It looks and rides mint almost brand new and the attention to detail in all aspects of the preparation is second to none. Also thanks for a really straightforward transaction an absolute pleasure to deal with you 1000 thanks and completely recommended.
Also as a bonus the range of mobility aids and equipment available is also impressive It is well worth contacting them if you or a loved on has health issues needing advice and a few bits of equipment to improve their life! great folks and top service

·        Picked up a Revvi 12 Bike for my boy yesterday, the Service & advice I have received from start to finish has been amazing.

I contacted them about a certain colour but they didn’t have it in stock, then within 48h he had the colour and matching helmet ready for me to collect.
Also after ME taking ages to collect the bike it was no problem for them, he got to the shop and had it ready for me to collect to fit my very busy schedule.
The smile and joy this has brought to my boy already has been amazing.
Will definitely be back for the next size up in a year or so!

·        A great assortment of products and they even hire scooters out at very reasonable prices. Lovely friendly chap. The only mobility shop I have been in and not felt pressured or had twenty questions in Worcestershire. Highly recommended.

- Andy offered a great service and was really helpful when it came to rebuilding my daughters Oset 20R motor. He went out of his way to get the motor back to us in time for my daughters first trial which was much appreciated. I have since used him for other spares etc and can't recommend them enough. - Absolutely top place! If you have issues with your electric trials bike, especially if it’s an Oset, then look no further. Andy at MK Offroad is THE person to take it to.

I bought an Oset 16R for my little boy for Christmas. He rode it for 20 mins on Christmas Day and the motor died! We were gutted, and trying to explain the situation to my 4 year old was not easy. Felt terrible.

After speaking to Inch Perfect Trials and them not calling me back, I did some more research. MK kept popping up on FB posts and forums etc. I looked at their website and saw they are an Oset repair specialist and can rebuild the motors.

As soon as they opened in the new year, I messaged them and Andy got straight back to me and said bring it in whenever.

On arriving he knew straight away that the motor was knackered. He did explain that since Triumph has taken over Oset, it’s now hard to get parts for them to repair them. But then said he’d strip it all down the following day to see if he can sort it. I drove home very worried thinking that I’ve bought a knackered bike which can’t be fixed.

I was then delighted when I got a message the very next day explaining that he had indeed been able to rebuild the motor. He sent a video of it now running fantastic on the bench. Basically, the bearings had failed, the bushes were misaligned and the timing was out. It was also full of carbon. So he rebuilt it all and put in new SKF bearings, cleaned it up and re-sealed everything. He also added a missing chain tensioner and replaced the speed potentiometer which had failed too, which he said is a common failure.

He explained that the bike had to be fully stripped to do the job, but despite this he had it fully sorted and ready to be collected in just one week, and it only cost £197! He even gave me a spare key and a decent used rear tyre for free.

Just like to say a big thanks for saving the day. My lad was so happy to have his bike back and we spent the entire weekend riding. We even joined a trials club on Sunday and he rode his first course on it. The bike ran spot on the whole time, so we’re massively relieved.

Very glad to have such a knowledgeable contact as we venture into trials.
